Katonk – Privacy Policy

Katonk: ASMR Tower Stack ("Katonk", "the game") is made by Tolga Turut ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your data when you play.

The short version

Katonk has no accounts, no in-app purchases and no analytics of its own. It shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device data to show and measure those ads, but only as described below and, where the law requires it, only after you consent.

What stays on your device

Your best score, coins, city progress, daily-bonus streak and settings (sound, vibration, language) are saved only on your device. We cannot see them. Deleting the game deletes them. You can also reset them in Settings › Reset progress.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows a full-screen ad between some runs and offers optional "watch an ad" rewards. These ads are served by Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd). To show, cap and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:

• Device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and the IDFV
• Advertising data, such as which ads were shown or tapped
• Diagnostics and performance data, such as crash and load-time data
• Coarse location derived from your IP address

Your choices

• EEA, UK and Switzerland: on first launch Google's consent form asks whether you agree to personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy choices.
• Tracking (iOS): the game asks for permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, the advertising identifier is not shared and ads are not personalised with it. You can change this in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• If you do not consent, you still see ads, but they are non-personalised.

Data we collect

We (the developer) do not collect, receive or sell any personal data. We only see aggregated ad reports from Google (for example the number of ads shown per country).

Children

Katonk is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and ad requests are not tagged for child-directed treatment because the game is not made for children.

Changes

If a later version adds in-app purchases or analytics, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before that version is released.
